    plasti dip

Ok so ive been hearing alot about this plasti dip stuff.
    What is it?
I know people have been using it to paint there emblems. I know it dosent get a glossy shine and you dont need a clear coat. Ive also heard its more durable but if i dont like the look can it easily be taken off?

I've heard of it as well, more of a spray on rubberized coating that you can peel off.

No it sticks to about everything, but once you peel it off you can clean the residue up with some dish soap.

I sprayed this grille that I bought, but dont have pictures right now. I can try and get some for you later on. I sprayed the whole grille because I wanted to paint the mesh part black, but I didnt feel like taping anything up. I just recently got around to peeling it off of the outer parts of the grille.

Plasti-Dip is not a spray paint. It's a spray on item. You spray it on what you want to plasti-dip and then your good. If you are not satisfied, just rub it a little and it starts peeling. Oh, and its probably not a good idea to spray anything that is still on the car, or atleast I wouldn't think about doing it.

I dont think so, if you put enough coats. It doesnt really start peeling unless there is friction on it.

Also, its weatherproof, fade proof, wont crack, and no need for clearcoat.
