i can't believe how close osgood came to messing that up in the end.

conversely; what a great comeback effort by the penguins. they all but tied that game up with 1 second left.

i think it's a little funny that, if the pens would have won, there would be no question who got the mvp award. fleury (sp?) did an outstanding job in goal for the entire playoffs. i really had no idea who they were going to announce for mvp when the wings won. it didn't seem like any one player stood out.

well, the parade is today in hockeytown, but it's 90 degrees outside. anyone with a jersey on is going to fall out from heat/sun stroke.

all you pens fans; you guys got a great team. they really did well...

detroit was too good in the neutral zone, that's definitely where the pens lost the battle. game 5 was definitely one for the ages though.
