How many members live in the Central Valley? Anyone between Stockton/Lodi in the North to Bakersfield in the South? I'm located in Merced, which is just about in the middle of the Valley.

I'm in the valley, but up in Sacramento. Is that still considered the Central Valley? I'm new to California, so I'm not really sure what the locals consider my area... northern central valley?
