    My new red rabbit

    Hey everyone,

I just signed up here, seems like great community. I bought my rabbit a little over a month ago in NB, Canada. It's my first car and It's terrific. I want to do some mods on it after i get it broken in more (about 2500km on it right now). Here's some pics of it on the first day:

Some people don't like the bug deflector, but i think it gives it some flava.

Very nice car. I'm considering a red one too, but I'm not sure how it would look a guy in a red Rabbit. When I asked at the dealer if they have a red one available to check it out, they asked me if I'm buying it for my girl(my wife it was with me)?
Another concern I have is about the tail lights, they blend in in the red color of the car and I really would like them to stand out to see better there shape. It's a way to do that?

You could always do what I did and spray them w/ Nite Shades spray tint. Then they'll be smoked and stand out from the red.

You could put laminex on the tail lights, or buy tinting spray and spray them so they are darker.

edit.. Amie beat me too it

    gratz on the rabbit!

i don't think it looks girly to own a red one :-(
i like mine well enough and noone's questioned my sexuality ;-)

I do think I may do the nightshades to the tail lights soon.

also, i'm surprised, the bug deflector doesn't look too terribly bad imo.

It looks like yours is a virtual twin to mine (a Tornado Red 4-door with a sunroof and ESP, although mine doesn't have wheels or the bug deflector.) Given the fact that I'm driving a Tornado Red myself, I don't see a problem with it at all.
I must not fear the Bunny, the Bunny is the mind killer, the Bunny is the small death that brings total obliteration...
