I have a 82 diesel rabbit caddy with a turbo and the line started linking a few drops out enough to smell it when you stop and park.
is this an easy fix
it seems to be link out of the top of the line where the line go though the nut.
do i just tighten the compression nut or what.

If the injector lines are leaking at the nut, then I would suggest that you remove all the nuts, then inspect the flares for smoothness. If it isn't smooth on the inside of the flare, or the outside 1/2 inch then you don't get a good seat.
Your nut could of loosened a tad, so tightening it isn't a issue either. That nutted fitting by the design is a compression fit, and getting the mating surfaces smooth ensures the correct fit.
To tighten it when you remove the fitting/nut. Center the line on to the injector, and holding it firmly in place thread the nut by hand and with a wrench to tighten all the while you are holding that line center....

They all Start with good GROUNDS.
Replace all of them that you can, 99 percent of flakiness will disappear.

The Diesel injector lines are factory made, they are a aluminum line that has a nut on each end and a double flare. The flare of the injector line mates to a conical head on the injector ports at the manifold and on the injector themselves. It is a compression fit and there is only one nut that fits...and it is already on the line as the flared line keeps it on.
You have to tighten them suckers down, almost a 2 honker.. but only after you clean and polish the lines internal flare and exterior to the flare.

Just to add to the good advice ..You should have line clamps on your injector lines, There are two of them that clamp two lines each at the top flat part of the lines.
Without them the lines shake, move and eventually crack at the flared ends.
