In my 2013 CC, the temperature setting will reset by itself every few days to 72 degrees...even though I do not touch any of the controls. I have also seen this 'reset to 72" thing by this series of button presses: turn temp to say 76...then rotate the center fan knob, then press AC MAX, then press AUTO.....temperature setting will always reset to 72 degrees in my car. Can somebody else try this on their 2013 and see if their car does this also? Thanks! (I find the 72 setting very cold with the fan blowing directly on me...76 seems great)
I'll have to keep an eye on it. I noticed when I test drove mine it was set at 72 degrees, lol. I have kept it at 72 since its a comfortable temp. I have only had the car since wednesday though...
I have a 2013 CC and I had not noticed the 72 degree reset. This is mainly because I have to share the vehicle with the wife. I expect to reset everything when I drive. I did try the sequence you described and it does indeed reset the temperature to 72 degrees.
