I'm on my second week of owning my 2012 CC, and I make excuses to go out and sit in it, walk past it in the parking lot between meetings, google VWCC and generally am thrilled with it. What the heck is my problem?

I'm three months into it and trust me, it doesn't change.
Good exercise parking as far from others as possible too!
Same here!
Same here. After parking it, I found myself always looking back at the car admiring it on my way to work, store entrance, or whereever I was going.
Holy caca I'm glad I'm not the only one! I was getting worried! I've had my 2013 for just over 3 weeks and I still grin like a little kid when I drive it, when I stare at it from my office window, when walk past it, when I think about it, etc., etc., etc. Everything that each of you describes is absolutely true. LOL on the exercise from parking far! So true!
One thing I forgot to mention is that you can check your car out in plate glass windows of buildings. I drive a different way to work now because it passes a long glass building and I can see my CC for about 6 seconds reflected in the windows. This is really crazy...
That's exactly why I love driving the long way home through Atlanta!
Oh my God we are sick people. Yes, I said WE. Just drove mine 600 miles to Miami and back. I'm more in love now than ever.
I park on the top level of the parking structure just so it is level with the floor that I work on. From where I sit I can see the roof line! So to answer your question, NO you aren't crazy. I have had several discussions with my second personality just to confirm.
When I detail the car I especially like to take that time to sit in the awesome back seat to clean. I would have loved a car like this when I was a kid having to ride in the backseat. Such a beautiful machine.
My wife claims I'm OCD with this car. Just to give you some background, I've owned BMWs, Mercedes, and Audis, but for some unexplainable reason this car just grabs me and says come here! I don't know what it is? I wash it every 2-3 weeks which includes hand treating the leather and fully detailing it myself. Then to top it off I don't want to drive it for fear of dirtying it. I've NEVER been this way with a car before. Maybe it will wear off in time. Maybe I need to go to a therapist, LOL. (Maybe NOT ). Anyone else have a similar experience.

I know. I'm the opposite about driving. I just enjoy it too much. Best part is a couple were next to me earlier and asked "what model is that" I replied. "What year is it?" Again I replied. "It's beautiful. You never see them." I responded with I love it and that they should check one out. They were driving an Altima.
Funny thing is I see them often enough that the exclusivity seems to have declined. Yet after 7 months and 2 cities I still get the questions and comments. Makes you love Volkswagen all that much more for taking a chance at the design.
