    2010 CC radio- no sound

    I have a 2010 CC. Today the sound stopped working. The satellite radio still gets reception, the radio seems to be receiving and the IPOD is connected and works. When I try to adjust the volume the the red volume status bar doesn't move and there is no sound. Any suggestions? No navigation, just satellite, AM/FM, CD etc

    Sounds like a bad radio!!! Bring it back for a new one.

    Have you done any Vag-Com tuning lately? I coded mine for an RNS510 replacement and switched from "no radio" to VW DAB and lost all volume.
