Purchased a new 2012 Tiguan with factory fitted cellphone/bluetooth device without navigation system, just radio & my phone or iPod will not work in the car. Now I have my phone shown on the display but cannot delete as it tells me that the phone is entered as a media player & again I cannot delete as a media player. When my phone is paired the VW silences all incoming calls to the phone. Been back to dealer & after 3 visits they cannot set-up the equipment??? Any ideas?
