I am seriously puzzled. My right turn signals and left turn signals all work with headlights off. (front and back) But when I turn my head lights on, my right turn signals still work... But the left rear turn signal is permanently on. I can turn the signal lever, but it doesn't make a clicking noise, and the light on the dash doesn't come on saying that the lever is down. My only guess is that the left rear turn signal wire, somehow, somewhere got melted/fused to the headlight switch, or somewhere along the wire that is the left rear tail light. Any suggestions on where to look first? Or should I pull the dash off ONCE AGAIN and start checking wires? Thanks guys!

Moving to a more proper forum.

First check your grounds, as it is probably back feeding looking for ground.
With the head light off everything is fine.
With the head lights on you are back feeding the headlight via the turns.

Check all your fuses with a meter.
Then replace your grounds at the headlights and tail lights.
