Simple Air Intake Question

Where should this tube/hose go? I took the whole intake off and noticed that if i suck air out of the tube, a valve opens, allowing hot air from the engine to mix with the cold air from the intake.

PS. I've had some trouble with the motor loosing power when i drive in the mountains (-20C), this might be cause...

i would guess a hose of that diameter to go on, or very near your throttle body. it needs a vacuum source. there are some other members on here that can tell you exactly where it goes though...

Solved some time ago! The tube should go under the air-intake box. Take the intake off and you should see the connector.
