Hello Everyone
Is there a way to disable the key beep on the remote. I'd like the ability to lock the car and not hear the beep at night when I get home late

VAGCOM or VCDS as it's now known is a home programming system that connects your laptop to the car's computer and allows you to alter settings in it. Depending on the model tiguan you have you "may" be able to remove the "beep" via your Multi Function display (if you don't know what this is, or how to work it, it's TIME to read your handbook). If that option isn't available to you and you don't have or know anybody with VCDS that can do the job for you, it IS something the dealer can reset for you.
