This is an invaluable tool, and must reading for anyone getting into these old VW diesel engine. There is excellent detailed instruction and diagrams. This is as good or even better that the Bentley.

This is a great book. I actually have the book and it has some very good step by step info for troubleshooting.

Replace all of them that you can, 99 percent of flakiness will disappear.
92, 93 Cabriolet.... 89, and 90 are Deceased.
That would definitely be the best option, they can bind it just like the old original one. You can usually set your printer to understand how to do two sided prints, it prints every other page one way then you flip the whole stack and it finishes.
Good alternative. But not the same as owning an original. Maybe one will pop up on ebay.

This was originally used for techs to follow step by step when troubleshooting issues. Maybe you can find one at a dealer that still has some old stuff around.
