Hi,
I am turning in my leased 2009 Tiguan in a couple months and today I swapped the stock radio for the Aftermarket one I installed 3 years ago. The swap went fine (I think) but now the Traction Control and Steering Assist Indicators are on. Anyone know what would cause this? Is their a dead fuse that needs to come out.
Sounds as if you need some recoding ?? You could try just disconnecting the battery to let everything reset ??
Cheers

On my second Tiguan, 2013, TDi, Night Blue, Park Assist 2, RCD510, Bluetooth, auto wipers and lights, fogs, tow pack.
If you disconnected the battery to swap the radio this will happen. (At least in mk5/mk6 golfs it does, I see no reason why it wouldn't on the Tiguan.)
Simply driving for 30-40 feet should make the lights go away.
