Looking for some help/advice
My Gold TDI blower produces hot air when it starts up but then after around 10miles 15mins it starts blowing cold air with out me touching any of he controls!!
It is a climate control system and the econ button light is off!
Can anyone provide any advise on this?
You probably already have your answer, but just in case...
I have a 2011 Golf and I noticed heater problems when I turned on my heated seats. It doesn't happen all the time but every once in awhile (mostly when I'm in the car for longer than 15 mins.), the vents would blow cool air. I have to turn the hot/cold knob to cold then back to hot to reset it. It would work again.
I've brought my car to the dealership and they said VW knows about this issue. They just don't know how to fix it yet. They told me about the reset option which I already knew about.
