looking to buy new beetle convertible

hi everyone,

i am looking to buy a beetle convertible for my daughter. i am wondering if there are an issues pertaining to interior condensation, or leaks, and or interior windshield in frozen state during the harsh winter.

i was also looking at the Eos but found quite a few postings with the issues I stated above. I hope the convertibles are not the same as the Eos.

If anyone could shed some lights and share their experience with me.

I think hers is an 03'

No New Beetle has bluetooth if I recall correctly. Though they did offer a 6 disc cd changer and sirius sat radio. They came stock with a CD/MP3 player and will have a standard aux input unless equipped with the iPod adapter.

Yes mine is a 2003. Not sure what year/price you're looking for but the facelift happened in 2006. Minor changes for the most part, biggest difference is that 03-05 is 2.0L or 1.8T and 06+ are all 2.5L.

I know nothing about Bluetooth in them though.

FWIW the eos had a seal redesign and they have fewer problems now.

We have 2008 Beetle convertible, we lived in NY until 12/09 no issues at all in the winter. Moved to FL, the issue we have now is that you can't fit a beach chair in the trunk. Doesn't matter though the lease is up in June and it is going back.

i finally bought a 2007 beetle convertible for my daughter. color is harvest moon with tan top. basically triple tan.
