Water leaks inside the car. Please help!

Hello everyone,
My 2009 Tiguan got under heavy rain in Eat Coast recently and a sealing in cockpit is soaking wet ! It happened first a few months ago when the snow melted after snow storm but I thought perhaps the freezing temperature was the cause.
Now it's just a rain ! WTF ?!?
Did anyone have this problem? Does it cover by warranty ?
Please, let me know.

You are certainly covered under a warranty unless you are over the mileage...how many miles do you have on the tig?

Where exactly is it wet? Where is it dripping from?
