Have a 2009 Jetta SportWagon. Love it. The rear window washer does not work. Wiper is fine. You can hear the pump motor moaning, but no solvent goes on the window. Is there a second reservoir in the rear of the car that must be filled? If there is I can't find it. Front window washer works great so the system is not frozen, just not working.
Thoughts? Help?

It's POSSIBLE the rear nozzle is frozen. If you have heated seats the front nozzles are heated too. However the rear has no heater. While I have never had a frozen washer tip front or rear on my rabbit with NON heated nozzles I suppose it's possible in cooler climates. You can remove the cover and pull out the nozzle in the rear and activate it. See if the fluid comes out. If it does NOT come out after removing the tip then you have a fractured line somewhere. The pump in the front bottle is reverseable. The computer sends power to the motor depending which way it wants the pump to spin to send fluid to the front or rear.
