    is there any class action lawsuit under way for 03 passat owners that have had engine failure due to oil sludge?

    NO CLASS ACTIONS BUT IF YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL OWNER I BELIEVE THEY STILL HAVE THE CAMPAIGN OPEN ON THEM. REPLACES ALL RUBBER HOSES, FLUSH, ETC.
