    Need your opinion on something...

I was thinking of painting my grill, and maybe adding some fog lights, so I applied my photoshop skills and came up with a look I think I want to achieve.

I just want your opinions on it.

    How it is now:

How I want it to look:

    One more view:

    Before:

    After photoshop:

Any input would be great. Thanks.

Looks like a straightforward mod. I suppose you could plastidip the grille and if you don't like it, peel it off. Love fogs. I want some.

    Cool. Thanks for the input.

I'm debating whether or not to plastidip it. Where can I buy plastidip anyways? Any hardware stores carry it?

I know Lowe's has it and in 2 colors, red and black. I think I have also seen white in some stores...

Cool. I just checked with my local Home Depot and they carry the black spray.

I'm thinking 4-5 coats, do I need to use primer? I want a good professional look.

    Fogs will look awesome
I'm not a fan of the grill though. I think the blacked out VW with the UG grill looks better

Fogs yes, grill not too sure about.

Primer and then maybe some primer seal before you start would be a good idea.

No primer is needed its rubber not paint. Just make sure it is cleaned really good prior to application of Plasti-Dip.

Fogs are awesome. I think instead of the grill black you should do your emblem.

there's primer specifically for plasti dip, it's supposed to help with the peeling.

My emblem's are already painted gloss black. I thought the grill would just set it off.

I'll try it tomorrow and report back. Fogs will be a while, I don't have the cash for them now. Just getting an idea of how it would turn out once I get the money to buy them.
