Pavlo must mean Photoshop CS4. And if you got it for free ye be a pirate. PS CS4 costs $700 for a new licence and 200 for an upgrade from a previous version. I suggested legit free software when you asked this question before. Anyways, you probably have local community or technical colleges who have classes in PShop. It will likely be taught on a mac, but its essentially the same.

Does your school offer a class on it? Or a photography class? The digital photography class I took in high school taught us how to use photoshop too.... since it's like the digital darkroom.
Don't mean to be rude, but do people not know how to use GOOGLE. It's quite a handy tool. And like others have said, there's tutorial books all over the place. Go to your local library, get a library card and check out all the books you want.
Aside from that... what do you want to know? Either get the books/google it or start messing around on your own, that's how I learned it. And remember, blending is your friend.
