Hid frustration!!!!!!!!

Hey everybody......


i have a set of HIDs but when i installed them, they would flicker......WHAT CAN I DO?

i have the relay kit and the buld set

Yes, wiring a capacitor across the bulbs will help.

Sometimes the search function doesn't like three-letter words like "HID", so it's understandable if the search doesn't bring anything up.

I think we need a Mod DIY FAQ thread.

Quickest and easiest way to do it is to use VAG COM if you have access to it, or a shop that has it.

I paid my local Euro shop $20 to do it for me completely electronically. Didn't even touch the lights. You just need to change the long coding and enable the Xenon Shutter option in the convenience lighting menu.
