Unhappy 2007 jetta 2.5 bad idle and stalling

Hey guys, My Jetta is having major problems. Every time I press the clutch to come to a stop the car stalls. When I start the car it will have the initial 1700rpm or so jump then it will come down and when it gets to about 750 rpm it will fluctuate then drop to 400 then die. the codes that come up are all short to ground and open circuit codes 000067, 008328, 005171,001112 and cooling fan short to ground, the cooling fan will not come on at all even with the ac on and they are brand new. there is a small back fire at 2500RPM sometimes. I've cleaned all the grounds I could find, replaced the n80 valve, camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, checked all fuses, replaced one of the relays in the engine fuse box. but since I started replacing parts and the codes still come up leads me to believe that there is something tripping the other sensors and not an actual malfunction. any ideas cause I'm out

well I'm taking it to the dealership tomorrow so they can hook up vag com or what ever program they have and diagnose it for me then ill let you know what they say because I'm not sure if I trust them to tell me whats wrong with it but it worth a shot I guess. I'm over in fort drum and I cant seem to find anyone with vag com anyways so I'm hanging out dry here lol. I'm hoping its not an expensive fix but the dealership isn't doing the work so it shouldn't be to bad.
