caddy 2.0sdi 2008 diesel in oil!

ive herd that this is a common fault, but she runs lovely however there is fuel in the oil, ive herd it could be tandem pump or injector seal? is there and tests i can do to check which one it is? or is it trial and error as they both deliver same symptoms? new problem on me this one, recently rebuilt one of these and almost all the bolts are non re useable so trying to keep the cost down it would be ideal if its the tandem pump, please help

Idling for in the cold for too long, fuel can wash past the rings, into the oil.
If an injector sticks open, you'll get fuel in the oil.
If you noticed a loss in power, fuel is washing past the compression rings due to the bad injector(s).
    Pump seals/diaphragm.

It's more commonly the pump or injector failure.

STRETCH bolts can be reused 3 to 5 times, in reality, but it's not a good idea.
I have reused them, but I don't push more than 3 times, but that's me....
