A Factory system... Aftermarket ones require modules... Immobilizers
make aftermarket ones a pain to install.

A far as STOP, they're set for a run time, or until the brake pedal is pressed, or
the button on the remote for STOP is pressed.

I'm VERY grateful for your insight. I was not aware of any factory component that would implement One-Touch top and remote start and stop. I'll investigate immediately. I'm not aware of the firm you mention. Please send me a link. Appreciatively,

There is no one FIRM, you look around, till you find one that suits
your needs. Then you need the module for your immobilizer; basically,
it will clone your key immo, so the car can start. Those are at least
    $150.00 to start, plus installation.

VIPER makes good kits, I have one I am not even using, but you still need
something like the DBALL2, and so on for the immobilizer bypass, or to
program it with your immo code from the key.

I discovered a module called "Mods4cars" that implements a host of features including remote top in the Eos. I'm going to try it.
