Hi, Dubsy, I'm in deep problem, now I saw beside the gasket a piston is damage, so I start removing the bottom to get to the piston but I encounter a problem to remove the upper oil pan is like stoke in some place near the starterI don't know is a pin or anything I need to push with a screwdriver, I look at the manual and is no explanation of that, just remove the screws, any help sill be appreciate, ( I made most of the tools for the tensioners and they work!) thanks for your help

Hi, Dubsy can you clarify this for me, this really confuse me, this is what I understand, I need to tied to 40 Nm, then turn 90 degree, and again 90degree?
here is (from the manual workshop)
Bolt tightening sequence for cylinder head

    _
Tighten cylinder head bolts in sequence -1 to 5- using special wrench, long reach -T10070- as follows.

    1 -
Tighten initially to 40 Nm using torque wrench

    2 -
Turn 90° further using rigid wrench

    3 -
Turn 90° further using rigid wrench

    -
    Then tighten bolts -arrows-.

    1 -
    Pre-tighten bolts to 8 Nm

    2 -
Turn bolts 90° further using rigid wrench

the 8 Nm belong to 4 lower screws, I ask for the top why two times turn 90 degree

    Thanks
