AC Heating System

Rating: 3 votes, 5.00 average.
I have 2013 Jetta, I experienced AC Heating problem recently.

if I turn my controller to the neutral position, my fan blow out extremely hot wind, as attached first picture(hot temp).

if I put temperature to cold position, like 2nd attached picture (warm temp), it still will blow out warm/hot wind, at least not cold wind.

The only way I can cool down is to turn controller to the bottom of cold position, like 3rd picture (cold temp).

But my understand is it is should NOT come out hot/warm wind at these three positions, at least like today's outside temperature is 55F.

I went to the dealership, they told me it was normal.

If you have any answer, please let me know.

Check your owners manual I believe you have a climatic system. It regulates the temp automatically, find your comfort zone and leave it alone. Your lucky, VW changed that feature and I don't that in my 11 Jetta or 13 Tiguan.
