My fuel gauge indicates that i need to get some fuel but infact my tank is FULL !!!!!!!! So I dont know whats the problem? I think its the sensor or some fuse but if I am wrong can somebody give some advise im pretty desperate

on my 84 rabbit my windshield wipers dont work and when the wipers dont work the blower doesnt work either. they work sometimes. i checked fuses and replaced the ignition switch and the wiper relay is clicking. i cant figure out why they both do not work at same time and why they do not work all the time. any ideas?
So im going to switch out the current 84 gti front end i have on my cabriolet to a mk2 jetta front end, does anyone know if i have to switch out the whole core support cause it already has the square lights in it. I think it should be a pretty straight switch just swap out fenders hood and switch to the mk2 small bumper. if anyone has any tips or advice please let me know.
