My girlfriend just bought a new tea cup chihuahua and bought it home last night, and there he was whining and whining.....
the worst thing is, my existing yorkie was afraid of him (for whatever reason), What should I do to have the little chihuahua stop whinning?

Are you serious? Well, they will probly just get used to each other after awhile. Maybe its just scared of the new environment. Call the dog whisperer.

Take a blanket throw it in the dryer to warm it up and see if it like that maybe it will cuddle up to it.
