Well, I'm not going to buy a Rabbit until I can get a really good interest rate, because I do not feel like paying 7% interest over 60 months. I know they have 0% on the 2007s, but I really want an '08. Can I count on some special financing incentives over this holiday season on the 2008 Rabbits?

If they would offer any, it would be this time next year when the 09's are out. Just get an 07. Differences aren't that big.

why not go to a credit union and look for a lower rate? if you have good credit, then you should be able to find something around 4.9

They stopped the 0% back in september I think for the 07's.

They are still doing 0% on the 2007's
If you are looking at a rabbit at 0%, go for it - your sacrificing 20HP and thinking about it,
Your saving time and alot of money

ehh.. who cares about the extra 20 HP... a turbo kit will negate that anyway ;-)

how many people will really turbo a brand new car? there will only be a very small percentage. people love to talk about it, but never step up.

At least enough people for a couple companies to believe they can make a profit on it.

Just in case you hadn't heard, VW's November APRs for the Rabbit aren't too bad. 3.9% for 36 months, 4.9% for 48 months and 5.9% for 60 months. I'm taking delivery of a 4-door manual tranny on Saturday. Occaisionally you can get even better deals through the winter because it's a very slow time for car dealers. Probably not 0% but maybe arond 2.9% if you're lucky. Oh and I test drove an 07 and an 08, 20hp and 7lb/ft of torque make a BIG difference. Just the right amount of power to start with before intake and exhaust mods.
