Welcome. You're new, so please don't hesistate to surf around. There's lots to read or see in here, so take your time (patience young Skywalker), and ask questions if you have any. ROC has gone through some revamping, so it's New and Improved so to say. The search bar will be your Obe-Won-Kanobe for guidance. Pics from a photobucket into the appropriate sticky thread is a good foot to start off on. There are plenty of mediators keeping an eye out for you, so this place tends to stay PG-13 which is good.
