You have no engine compression you say? Did u do a compression test to know this fact or how do you know?

If no compression your head gasket could be shot.

bent valve stems? if the starter motor seems broke, what method did you use to perform the compression test?

Sounds like classic timing belt failure. How many miles on your timing belt?

If this is the case, unfortunatly the cylinder head is done....and possibly a piston too.

There are none on the bottom. Look at the top of the trans where it meets the engine. There is a little cutout in the case and you can see the flywheel. Rotate the crank until you see a little 0- mark. That 0- lines up with the BOTTOM of the square case cut out. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT do this with the cylinder head on the car otherwise you will bend all the new valves.

You already have one. It's called a turbo recirculation valve. If you let it vent to atmosphere then you will cause the turbo to lose all momentum between shifts.
