I just got the car aligned yesterday. In theory, I can mark where my threads are then be able to move the collars up or down where ever I want. then to get back into alignment spec.'s I can just put everything back where I marked them, correct? Reason I ask is I'd like to dump them down for a show but then be able to raise it back up where I have it aligned. My concern is the rear where we have to remove the 18mm bolt to adjust the rear. Will removing that bolt knock off the alignment specs regardless of where I mark the threads?

best thing to do is get it as low as possible but still able to get on the alignment rack and get it aligned there. the lower you go the more off your alignment gets and you are prolly killing tires going up and down. so my advice would be get low and stay there till winter than raise it and get re aligned.

that was originally the idea but I have the wife and kids in the car a lot and where I want it to sit for car show "stance" it rubs like hell in the back and the roads around here aren't the greatest to begin with so adding the 140-150 lbs from the kids in the back ain't helping.

your only options are smaller tires or bags then my friend lol. the more you raise and lower it the more off the alignment will be.

or just 215 tires. i have 215 35 18's and im in the dirt and dont rub at all even w a full load. this is a much cheaper option than bags.
