Are you using a shop manual to get the torque requirements? (I'm at home now and my manual is across town in the workshop.) However, if you're using the right torque and the bolts still back out use some lock tite on the threads.

The correct torque is 33 ft/lbs
So re-torque them, as I have never had a bolt back out that was torqued correctly, and I have been driving water cooled rabbits for 30 years.
