First round-Wild card playoffs

My picks:
NY Jets vs Cin Bengals- I give it to my jets, they wont stomp them but they will win. The bengals cant stop the run game and they cant run on our defense. Chad ocho is gunna be shut down by revis so passing game is out. Itll be a low scoring game and run down by run plays. Carson palmer is also gunna get knocked around so dont be surprised if he gets hurt early. Rex likes to play dirty. If shonn greene can step up and make some plays along with braylon catching a friggin ball its all gravy. Mike2s edge, jets

Phi Eagles vs Dal Cowboys- The line is even, if romo can hook up with his receivers and make competent plays they should have a chance, but desean jackson has been on fire this season, it should be the best wild card game by far. Mike 2s edge, Philly

Balt Ravens vs NE Pats- With the pats main reciever out the weight will be on moss and maroney to pick up yardage, something that is hard to do against the ravens defense. On the flip side, the pats offensive line is beefy and gives brady time to make plays, its why hes so good. If my boy ray rice and mcgahee can rack up the runs, itll be lights out. Derek mason has also had a great year, short shuffle pass to rice and long bombs to mason make a mean combo. Joe flacco doesnt have the playoff experience that brady does but he has the poise and confidence to win a ring...I give my edge to baltimore.

GB Packers vs AR Cards- This is gunna be an exciting game, aaron rogers is just now getting into a groove that shows this kid is the most underated player in the nfl. If the passing game is anything like its been all season the cards might have a loss on sunday. Both jennings and donald driver are competent, well rounded receivers who can run great routes. Now on the opposite side we have kurt warner in all his glory and his two stars boldin and fitzgerald, probably the nastiest wr combo in years. But boldin and rogers-cromarte (CB) are two key players who are still questionable...most likely they will play and if they do they make a deep impact. As of right now, i say GB, but depending on starters this may change..

Im way too into football this year, discuss.

I'm taking all the home teams this week.
Except maybe the Pats, it's going to be hard for Brady without Welker.

I'm going with the Jets (cause they're my team), Eagles, Ravens, and Packers. All the road teams baby!!!

Oh, and Mike2, It's Revis. You gotta spell your team's player's names right :p

edited, but i honestly couldnt care less about how to spell a name, it doesnt change my knowledge of my team...revus and revis have almost the same phonetics so to me theyre the same.

I see an NFC team winning it all this time around.....I predict a Saints Vikings NFC Championship game...and whoever wins that takes the Superbowl too.

Im not sure which, but I'm leaning towards New Orleans.

Jets v Bengals = Jets
Ravens v Patriots = Patriots

Eagles v Cowboys = Eagles
Packers v Cardinals = Packers

Great game by the Jets. Sanchez did excatly what hewas supposed to do and outplated Palmer again. 27 years to the day, the Jets pull it off again beating the Bengals in Cincinnati in the Wild Card game. I guess history does repeat itself.

My Eagles pick, however, is not working out so well.

Im still going for Saints all the way.

So this upcoming sunday is going to be the best football sunday ever(unless the jets go to the superbowl)

Vikings v Saints- Lets face it, Favre is playing better than ever and is out to prove something but that cant be the only thing to bring this team to a victory. The vikings defense, especially the secondary cannot hold the offensive weapons the saints have. Lets put it like this, 2 explosive recievers along with a back in reggie bush who played last game like a mad man. Also saints defense is going to toss favre around, expect to see a great game, with the saints going to the bowl.

Jets v Colts- Lets face it, the colts are obviously the better team but if you match our rosters together the jets do have a fighting chance. Reggie wayne will be tied up by revis but that leaves dallas clark open for leonhard or lito sheppard to hold down which will be tough for either of them. Our defense also stops the run, so give them 100yards there max. The key to winning the game, pressure peyton, all game long. Have that trash talking bart scott sack his a$$ every down on the game. Pressure pressure pressure. If shonn greene and jones can handle some big runs along with sanchez not coughing up an interception id like to think jets in the superbowl. I have my doubts, big ones...but its not so far fetched.

Superbowl predict jets-saints......i dunno if the jets can handle the saints.
