Went for a test drive, drove a mini and mini s, love the feel of the clutch and shifting in these cars, so much tigher and resposive...my rabbits clutch felt soft and sloppy compared to the mini...the S manual is the way to go for sure.
Drove a S with tip, and it was fun, but I just love manual. I may be getting a mini soon, fun car to drive, nice features...only down side is room, but I don't really need alot of cargo room, so the car fits me well.....it's tough maybe in another year, since I have only had the rabbit for a year...If my payment stay the same or go up a little I may do it sooner
Any input from you guys about the quality of these cars?

Ya, they where a bit weird, the interior is not like anything else...which makes it cool, the gauges would take some time to get used to...

I almost bought a mini s as a second car a little over a year ago, but the dealer totally effed up when he put in the order.
I love the feel of the mini s. Very sporty and quick. If I was going to look at getting a small sporty car other than a vw, it would probably be the mini s.

Minis are very good cars all around. Good resale value, performance, and fuel economy. I personally like the interior and exterior design.
Go for it! I was actually looking at the mini before I bought this car too.

Way out of my price range. But the new Mini Coupe models look awesome as hell. Don't know if I'm a fan of the interior throughout the entire lineup, like everyone else points out. Definitely fun to drive otherwise.

i don't think you could pull off the power slide parallel park in a rabbit though... that's one point for the mini.

wait for the Fiat 500 Abarth
Nice cars. Hope you're not tall though. I'm 6'4" and can't sit comfortably in the front of my friend's mini and not at all in the back.

HA! That is the truth, I am 5'7 so no problem there, but I am in no rush..I still enjoy the rabbit and will keep it for at least another year if not more...
