Tyrade 04-21-2009, 02:03 AM they were great., Sales specialist Byron made me a very good deal, 17,000 out the door on a 2009 rabbit. when i got home i realized they gave me no antenna! so i called the dealer and byron called me back the same day asking if my car was ok.. i told him what happened, so he told me to come back to the dealer. I did and he went over to a gti and took the antenna off and put it on my car. then i made friends with david the service manager, now he is hooking me up half price on all neuspeed aftermarket parts. good people, great customer service. plus they offered me a free detailing and wax of my choice whenever i want. :)

Since then, they haven't matched any of the prices from other Dealers... let me know if anyone else gets better service, cuz i don't see it.

As long as you use the right oil and filters, warranty shouldn't be an issue. You don't HAVE to take it to the stealership.
What I do is buy the case of oil and filter from the dealership and have my friend's dad (mechanic) do it for me. It saves a hell of a lot of money when it comes to labor.
The oil itself is actually not too badly priced.
