they were great., Sales specialist Byron made me a very good deal, 17,000 out the door on a 2009 rabbit. when i got home i realized they gave me no antenna! so i called the dealer and byron called me back the same day asking if my car was ok.. i told him what happened, so he told me to come back to the dealer. I did and he went over to a gti and took the antenna off and put it on my car. then i made friends with david the service manager, now he is hooking me up half price on all neuspeed aftermarket parts. good people, great customer service. plus they offered me a free detailing and wax of my choice whenever i want. :)

Bozzani volkswagen, covina ca.. good peeps check it out if your in the area.

you got a good deal? they started paper work on an 07 for 16,500 for me, then halfway through told me it was already sold, then tried to get me to get an 08 for 17,100.. same features, same color, same thing... they've done taht with other cars we've gotten..

Wanted to charge me 80 bucks for an oil change, Downtown LA quoted me 60

quote for a roof rack, 303... Quote from ontario 274

Everytime i go there, they give me a hard time... A VERY hard time.

my rabbit came without floor mats so i pestered the dealership until they finally forked over those 80 dollar rubber ones for free :D. it was like pulling teeth though.. cheap b*stards

they matched the oil change that Downtown LA quoted me, because i live in covina, but they whined about how they weren't making any money, and how we all love our VWs, and yada yada yada...

Since then, they haven't matched any of the prices from other Dealers... let me know if anyone else gets better service, cuz i don't see it.

80 bucks for an oil change?!! sounds about right :P
Our dealership is pretty pricey too but I'm not taking the car to third party yet... wait till it's well out of waranty

"free oil changes all that "

i thought you only got 3 during the 3 year warranty... one for every 10,000 miles...

As long as you use the right oil and filters, warranty shouldn't be an issue. You don't HAVE to take it to the stealership.

What I do is buy the case of oil and filter from the dealership and have my friend's dad (mechanic) do it for me. It saves a hell of a lot of money when it comes to labor.

The oil itself is actually not too badly priced.
